Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Flickhaven.co.uk. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.

1. Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received them.

    • In their original packaging (if applicable).

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards or downloadable digital products.

  • Items marked as final sale.

  • Personal care or hygiene products (for safety reasons).

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.

4. Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at contact@Flickhaven.co.uk.

5. Shipping for Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Flickhaven is not responsible for lost return shipments.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank (processing times may vary).
